Renzaki

I’ve lived in Kensington for a few years and have used Renzaki since moving here - it’s a friendly, family run place, have always done a good job cleaning my gear, with quick turnaround and good price for the area. Especially recently - I had an expensive pair of white trousers which got covered in mud and completely stained - stains wouldn’t come out no matter what I did. Renzaki somehow managed to restore them to crisp perfect white with some kind of special wash - wasn’t even expensive and I was astonished they got the stains out - I thought the trousers were a goner! Would recommend Renzaki for both dry cleaning and other specialist types of wash.

RUINED my woolen Burberry skirt. I had it dry cleaned and found holes in it afterwards.When I confronted them he said How can you prove that there were no holes on it when you bought it in? Then started to deny itI asked them to fix it. I asked for a beige patch underneath it. They put a black one and said that there is NOTHING that can be done.Took it to Invisible menders at Gloucester road and they fixed itI also wanted this skirt to be shortened. On the photo are the stitches that I paid 45 quid for.I moved here recently and needed a new place for dry cleaning and alternations. Definitely not this one. Avoid them. Completely incompetent

Best dry cleaner I have ever had in my life. They are super quick and work extra hard to make sure they respect deadlines (especially helpful when travelling a lot): I have literally dropped something off and picked it up the next day.Cannot recommend them enough!!

Will never return to this place. I brought in a simple linen dress to be cleaned. When I got it back the dress was ruined. The side straps were breaking, the weight that gives the dress a beautiful sweetheart neckline was missing and the entire top part of the dress was ironed unevenly which ruined the entire look of the dress. I brought it back and nicely explained the errors I saw and told them it was no problem and if I could just get it fixed to it’s original form. When I picked it up, the straps were repaired and they used a coin to replace the weight (which I let go). But the top seem was still extremely uneven from the bad ironing they did. I nicely asked if they could re-do it. The owner brought it downstairs and within seconds brought it back and folded it before I could look at it. I decided to look before leaving and explained it was not fixed. Long story short I said it was fine and I would get it fixed somewhere else. The owner then tried charging me for their mistakes on my dress and because I was shocked, given it was their mistake, I said that was not fair and the owner yelled at me. It is sad that I cannot wear this dress anymore. It was such a simple dress to clean - I’ve gotten it cleaned several times. Do not come here.

This is the best dry cleaners in London. It’s a family owned dry cleaner led by honest individuals. The service provided is impeccable, the clothes smells amazing after being washed and they are quite flexible with your demands. I would recommend this to anybody who needs dry cleaning, service wash or parcel pick up service in London.

Dry clean was of good standard, pricing is reasonable - but customer service is non-existent. My cleaning was late, which was a massive inconvenience (I made it clear it was urgent) - they refused to take any responsibility, refused to apologize (quite hostile?), nothing was done to make amends. It was claimed that the service I received is standard for the area & that I can’t complain about this - I have never had to wait 5 days for a coat with any other cleaners. Moral of the story, stick to cleaners you know are quick, polite and reliable, don’t spontaneously try new ones.Update: What an amusing response from the owner. If you can’t deliver on the deadline you agreed, regardless of staff shortage, it is still your fault. Since when is £4 a significant discount? After the inconvenience caused by the delays and unprofessionalism, this is the bare minimum that could have been done to rectify the situation.

I have just moved to the area and was looking for a new dry cleaner. I dropped off four items, asking what it would cost and when I could pick it up. I was quoted what seemed like a high price, and when I asked the owner to list the individual charges so ingest an understanding of the differences (shirt, trousers, sweaters) he already got annoyed and gave me dirty looks. The price of the sweater and trousers (£15 + £16) seemed too high for my student budget so I told him that for now I will only need to clean the two shirts and that I would clean the other two items at home. At this, he rudely told me to pack my things and leave. ‚Find somewhere cheaper‘ he told me. I’m unsure whether I’ll find something cheaper but for sure I won’t have trouble finding a dry cleaner who respects and communicates kindly with his customers.

We’ve been using Renzaki for all of our dry cleaning and items needing ‘special’ cleaning for about 4 years - they’ve always been great. We regularly have shirts & suits dry cleaned here, and have had dresses, trousers, wool blankets, fur blankets done too - always come back perfect, smelling great and job finished quickly. We’ve also had large items which are too big for our washing machine at home washed in their big industrial machine. They’re also flexible around specific asks and rush timelines; and the team are very friendly and helpful in my experience. Highly recommend.

Never in my life have I been so shocked by someone’s behaviour. I went to drop an item off for an alteration and to pick up a dpd parcel that was being dropped off. Parcel wasn’t there yet so I waited. Dpd man nicely apologised for being late and near to closing. The guy inside flipped out totally! Was threatening the driver shouting abuse at him! The driver did his best to stay calm. The guy in the store then refused to give me my parcel that was there then kicked it across the room! I was shocked. It was only when someone appeared from down stairs and the fact the dpd driver told him to give me my parcel that I got it. £400 item kicked across the room for no reason in front of me! I cannot tell you how calm the dpd driver was. The driver even said he was going to call the police. Needless to say I took back my item needing alteration and won’t be heading there again. I’ll be making a formal complaint to dpd tomorrow as this place shouldn’t be in charge of people’s parcels.

Amazing dry cleaners and repair team. I have a maxamara coat which they repaired the stitches better than the actual store. The customer services is brilliant, friendly & professional. The quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend.
