Amrat at Thurrock was helpful.However I was misold a car from Arnold Clark in Grangemouth and I am fuming. The car had scratches on it, had a chunk of tyre missing from it, had a puncture, was misled about the mileage on the car.

When the day arrived to pick up my new Mercedes c class cabriolet , I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail. The car was impeccably prepared, shining and ready for its new journey. I dealt with Suag. He had some issues with IT but got it sorted as quickly as he could. My Daughter in Law bought a car through Arnold Clark and I did the initial searching and liaising with various members of staff, all who were so helpful and professional. She has since dealt with Josh regarding all of the paperwork and getting the car ordered, and yesterday collected it from Amrat at the Thurrock hub. Again excellent service from both gentlemen. Collected our car today and was very impressed with the speedy and friendly service from Amrat. We arrived 40 mins earlier that Our appointment time due to travel from a distance and he saw us immediately. Gave us the time we needed to fully get acquainted with the car and completed all of the paperwork with us promptly and efficiently. Would definitely use again .
