Very friendly and efficient service would recommend to anyone

Booked in two weeks before going away, never turned up to booking. Ignored all phone calls tried ringing over a week period to rebook with them 20+ calls. Left me stuck with no notice before going away. Steer clear after phoning other companies apparently this is a regular occurrence with RSW. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

Just had the annual habitation check done for the first time since we bought our motorhome. RSW are efficient, friendly and very helpful, and I would highly recommend them. Booked in for next year already! Great service.

Carried out a motorhome habitation service for me prior to purchasing. The work was carried out in a tight timeframe which was much appreciated, and the time they spent with me on the phone was very kind, including giving us lots of tips as we are newbies to ownership. Would certainly recommend.

I cannot understand the negative feedback for this company, I rang them with an urgent water leak and they arrange to come out as they already had a booking on site and the engineer said he would look at the problem. They arrived on site at 9am on Good Friday morning and my wife opened the barrier to let them in. There was no one else waiting at the gate and the engineer asked if we knew who else had booked him, as we had no idea he sorted out our emergency and he walked round the site to see if he could find the other client with no success, my wife then let them out of the barrier at about 10.30 and there was no evidence of anybody waiting. My husband is disabled and without the help of RSW we would not be able to use our van. Whilst the engineer was there we asked him if he could help us with our power supply. We arranged for him to call back and repair the problem. He completed this today as arranged on time and very helpful. I cant praise them enough for the work that they carried out and I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Thank you so much for a job well done. Regards Elaine and Kevin

We found this company excellent. They were really helpful and fitted us in at short notice to sort our brake problem. Friendly and efficient.

In February this year I had a problem with the heating system in my Elddis caravan. RSW came out assessed it and quoted for a damaged PCB £250. Sadly on setting up on a seasonal pitch immediately after the repair no heat. RSW did come out and stated that he would think about it but never contacted me. On leaving this the site this November I took it to a caravan service centre where a faulty fuse was discovered in the fused spur ( please note that this contains 2 fuses a working fuse and the spare ) the fuse was not seated properly and the heating now works.

Simply the best company I have ever used and certainly will continue to use. They are very thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous with excellent, realistic prices and definitely no rip-offs!.

Great service coupled with some good practical advice. Could have taken my money for a couple of little jobs but was honest and said easy enough to do yourself, any problems ring me. Happy to recommend as the price was good too.

I contacted RSW Caravan servicing as my caravan was well overdue a service, the tyres were cracked and my heater wasn't working; they were able to accomodate me quicky, we're well priced and provided a very professional service - couldn't recommend any higher - really don't understand the negativity on here, I think it's a competitor.......
