Very nice staff in there and a nice and warm welcoming lady name claire who was really nice and sweet who booked a holiday for me in October. She was amazing, answered questions brilliantly and managed to get me a good deal. I've decided that if I want to book future holidays then baileys travel will be my first port of call

Extraordinarily great service.A simple request for flights only, yielded in half an hour what online searching and problem-solving telephone calls over six hours (no exaggeration) had failed to deliver. And £10 cheaper than a famous student discount flight specialist for the same flights for my 17 year old!Additional information regarding Covid testing, visa & insurance was spontaneous, thoughtful, helpful and with no sell attached.Customer service at its best.
