Didn't buy anything in the Taunton branch but I did buy slippers in Burnham the last time I was there.

Special praise to Kirstie who was exceptionally helpful when I was with a teenager with limited experience of the English language and British shops.

Store was clean, tidy and well presented.Staff were helpful, friendly and polite.Experience was exactly what I would expect from Shoe Zone

Nice shop with helpful staff, a large selection of shoes and boots from different manufacturers, worth a visit.

I went to the Taunton shop with my children found a pair of shoes that were paired together on one hanger, my child put them on walked up and down with them said that she wanted them I left them on her and went to the till with barcode to scan and I was met with bad attitude. Whilst distracted by one another member of staff went on her knees and started to lift my daughters leg up without permission and rip the shoes off her feet. When I showed disapproval for touching my child they took the shoes away from me and refused to sell them to me. I ended up carrying my 10year old up to deichmann shoe shop where the service was remarkable and polite and helpful.

Bought a pair of shoes! After around 4 weeks had a bit of a problem but couldn't find the receipt but went in and the guy there couldn't have been more helpful..exchanged them,no quibbles,no problem..excellent service considering I had no proof of purchase..top class

Bought a new pair of work shoes also some smart shoes for going out in the evening too.The lady was lovely there today, said 'hello ladies'..

I cannot overstate this. The staff at Shoe Zone Taunton are some of the most friendliest people I've ever had the chance to meet. Always smiling, always up for a chat and always ready to help you.Shoe Zone struck gold when they recruited in Taunton.

Good to buy school PE daps if needed. Other shoes may not last as long as other makes.
