Flannels

About 8 members of staff working in here on the ground floor today and maybe 4 customers when i visited. 30mins in the store not a single hello, welcome, need any help by anyone.I came in to buy a pair of Balenciaga trainers which are around £800 and some creed aftershave and a shirt, so im spending at least £1000. When in the store your collection unless wanting a plain black top there isnt much choice, when actually trying to find help for a size in the shoes i wanted i could only find 1 person serving on the tills. I waited and waited and waited and waited but the girl on the tills was busy then the staff that i saw before where then purchasing stuff for themselves then a group stood together on there phones laughing and joking to each other.In the end i gave in and put my stuff down and im now driving to Selfridges to see if they have better collection as i know the service will he better. As a manager of a fashion retail store myself i found it a bit of a joke when spending the money i wanted to spend and you cant even get a hello after 30minutes instore staff would rather look away then smile

Limited barbour stock but website said they wete stockists of a particular shirt. No shirts there all sportswear type tops. Had to get a polo shirt instead.Wont be going again. Overpriced sportswear. Nothing smart.

Helpfully girl . Followed 4 yards at back of me buy security every step I took so did he .6 items I asked for were not in store only online very very limited choice instore for ladies. When I found something which were 2 items no size 5s only size 7s 3rd time this happened in this store will never shop in store in this town again will defo shut within few years. I'm 55 and felt like a criminal I was only one inshore at time.

Wow is all I can say. I was rushing to get an item for my holiday and these three Courtney Eva and the manager john Paul couldn’t do enough to help… literally saved my life. Great store ran by quite honestly what I have to say is the best manager who has a presence on the shop floor and more than Willing to go over and above to help customers and his staff members. Girls you were super lovely credit to the team … John Paul best manager I’ve ever experienced from a flannels store superb service… you guys should be rewarded for your service 5 star !!!!!Forever greatful. Lovely shop lovely staff but customer service not so good . Paid £500 for valentino shoes a stud come off first time they wr worn to b told they can't do nothing about it contact valentino

Shocking customer service I'm assuming by management. I worked in retail for years in high end stores such as Harrods, Selfridges etc and I can assure you if I had rolled my eyes or spoken down to customer like I was spoken today I would not have the career I have today. I certainly won't be shopping in the St Helens branch again .

Absolute discusting customer service. Bought my daughter uggs for Christmas. She opened them expecting a size 5 ... to be given a size 3 ... was told by agent sorry it says size 5 USA on the box must be a mistake " ... to then be told there's no size 5 in stock and alls they can do is give me a CREDIT NOTE !!! not even a full refund . Spent over 1000 pound in there before Christmas and not an once of empathy or problem solving given . One extremely disappointed daughter ... yuk"

I think was a manager sat at a computer near front of store, is so rude.Absolutely shocking, I heard her calling a shopper too scruffy to be in the store.Also watch what you buy, I had damaged top and could only get a credit note. Said no refunds are given in any circumstance. Appalling customer service.So they now have the top that they will probably resell again and my money in return for a piece of paper, as I won't be shopping there again. Wouldn't even swap it for a gift card.Don't think this store will last very long with that service and those prices, as same brands available elsewhere for a lot less.

Really nice store. A pleasure to walk around and the staff are all really welcoming and friendly. We were served today by Paula who was really helpful at giving options and helping my teenage daughter choose how to spend her birthday money! A very happy daughter means a happy mum too!Would definitely recommend to shop here - and we will be coming again for certain.
