Messaged the ladies last minute for a special celebration of life. They were so happy and quick to help and the balloons were beautiful, everyone loved them. Thank you again, will recommend and definitely be back to order more again soon.

We had a couple of balloons from here and although pick-up was Christmas Eve, the staff was working non-stop, they were still lovely and approachable.

Lovely friendly service. A brilliant variety of balloons much better than what can be found hopping back and forth between shops in birmingham city center.Love the fact delivery is easy and simple from what was described. I ordered a football kit on 9th Sep, which i was told would arrive within 2 weeks, “if not sooner”. 2 weeks passed and no word. I chased after 3 weeks. I was told it would arrive the next day and they would get in touch. Still nothing. Chased again. Then recieved a message to say the item was ready to collect. Went to the shop, which was a 20 min drive away, only to be told that they didnt have it? Was sent away, and told they would be in touch. Receieved a message later that day to say the order had been missed off. So i could get a refund. That was on 29th Sep. Chasing the refund, i was told they were on holiday, but her boyfriend would do it. A week later, still nothing, chased yet again. I said i would get my husband to go in to the shop and they could give him the money direct, apparently i was threatening them? Eventually recieved the refund 4 and a half weeks after placing the order and nearly 2 weeks after chasing for a refund. The reference on the payment… “STOP CRYING NOW”. Absolutely unprofessional and a disgrace of a business. Do not order from them!

Honestly amazing! Got both my friends 21st and brothers 18th balloons from here and couldn’t recommend more! Was short notice and didn’t fail to disappoint! Such a range to choose from and lovely staff too! :)
