Bit of a disgrace really, fitted the kitchen over a year ago, still waiting on somebody to come and fix the issue of a cupboard not opening! I mean over a year to sort one small problem? Seriously? As for during the installation, well more issues and ended up paying more! The kitchen isn’t right and nobody seems concerned whenever we contact starplan since they have been paid!!!!!!! I would take your money elsewhere!!!!

Highly recommend Bangor NI Starplan. Prices are very competitive. Came on the day we agreed to fit wardrobes. Fitters very professional and did an amazing job considering both rooms are in the attic and space restrictive. left the rooms clean and tidy. Definitely getting them again to do the main bedroom. My girls love their wardrobes so much more storage space.NO TC215673

We have entrusted them to fit our new kitchen in August so fingers crossed all goes well. They are very professional and nothing is too much trouble to get the kitchen of your dreams. The place is well laid out with various kitchens on show and plenty of samples too to show different colours and designs. They also do bedrooms and beds.

Good showroom with good quality furniture and friendly helpful staff. Bought fitted bedroom furniture from them 3 years ago and were impressed with the finished job so now considering fitting out another bedroom.

Kitchen installed,nothing but problems .Wrapping comes unstuck.New doors many times,same problem continues.Told it was caused by steam from kettle,even though some of the doors weren't near a kettle,anyway it's a poor kitchen when you can't boil a kettle.Now the door to freezer is shedding it's wrap,no steam there.This problem has persisted for years so don't even bother to go next or near starplan.

Excellent service from Starplan Bangor Store.Stephen McLaughlin, Kitchen Sales & Design, was exemplary in designing our kitchen from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the process.Highly recommend Mark McKeown and his team (plasterers,electrician, installers etc) for the professional and amazing job they did to fit our new kitchen.Once again many thanks for a superb job.
