I have used Quainton Garage since arriving in the village some twelve years ago - the team have always provided a first class service - frequently “going that extra mile” where nothing is too much trouble. Very reasonable rates - highly recommended!

Paid at the garage to the manager (Liam) himself when picked up keys for MOT using contactless payment in March, only to have a chasing invoice letter in April for non-payment!!! Went to show payment made via app and told - “you don’t ever have to come back again!” - nice response from a garage that can’t do their own paperwork and send out reminders! How many other folk have just paid again as they can’t easily check their payment details! Shoddy way to run a business and extremely poor customer service!!! Not impressed at all!

Liam at Quainton is simply one of the best. He will talk to you like a human being and as a hobby mechanic we have great detailed chats about work that I’m planning to do. He doesn’t ever complain and hurry off on a job. A true gentleman and one of the great mechanics. I hope he stays forever and his team are just as friendly and genuine.

Liam is tremendously helpful and honest. Always goes the extra mile to help and is incredibly courteous. The business is extremely well appreciated in the village and very well supported. Would recommend to anyone who values peace of mind - safe in the knowledge of a job well done. I’ve worked in the motor trade myself so know a good technician when I see one.
