Be very wary, it has taken them 10 months to erect a conservatory which is still not usable, there is still damp on two walls.

Excellent salesman, not pushy , thermotec roof panels look a really good product, shame price too much for my budget , really good experience

Had all my doors and Windows replaced. Sadly one door as consistently leaked. It’s now over 8 months and a second external door has been fitted and it leaks too! My kitchen floor is ruined. Seems once you’ve paid management aren’t interested. Director now told me not worth a site visit as she relies on her staff for technical input! I just couldn’t recommend this firmNow 13 months on and a third door has been fitted, and they’ve just fitted a new door gasket as it was torn during the fitting of third door. The doorway needed a bricklayer and a plasterer to make good too. Now they say the original invoice was £300 short of what it should be! So they’ll right that off as compensation!!! Despite the fact I have the original quote and the final invoice, which both say the same figure! The figure I paid and THEY receipted!!!!No I definitely couldn’t recommend Spire Windows of Louth.!!!

This company is a very professional business from the man who comes to quote to the surveyor and the window fitters.Just had a few sash windows replacement in my Victorian terrace house in Woodhall Spa.5 ⭐️The care the fitters took replacing my windows was excellent.

Unfortunately I would not recommend these doors/windows, I have had nothing but problems, I have six sets of french doors throughout my house and every set of doors leek it has ruined my lounge carpet. I’ve had no success from the company, they just come out and adjust the doors but the problem still exists. Very poor after sales.
