Would not recommend this place to anyone.Picked up my mothers belongings and her bag was full of ants.Some of her clothes were missing and never returned.

All the staff who cared for my grandad was amazing. Not one fault. Loved him and cared for him as he was there grandad too. Couldnt thank them enough. Other reviews on here i dont understand because all the current team are amazing

Poor management and untrained staff. Rooms like cells nothing like images on the companies web site. Relative left dehydrated and covered in scabies only treated after a trip to hospital. Constantly inexcusable shut downs during and after COVID keeping relatives away from often end of life residents. possessions lost and when questioned offered other residents possessions. Residents mostly with dementia are left to wander the corridors with no activities in place. Care home is set in neglected gardens which are never used
