Top service and really affordable. Saved me recently when I needed ironing done in just an hour and also when I needed a delicate pinned silk flag cleaning too. Very friendly also. Highly recommended.

Drop in a standard work dress on a Tuesday Morning and asked for it to be delivered to my place of work (directly across the road) that evening as i needed it for a 11am meeting on the Wednesday. The man i spoke to (bald) was lovely and agreed that he would do this and I paid my £8 fee.Came into work on the Wednesday and no dress. Called Ariana and spoke with a different man, who claimed it would be delivered by 10am and then hung up on me.10.30am came and i check - still no dress, so had to go over to them. I explained the situation and that it was a work dress, but the very unhelpful man tried to give me a Ball Gown! Found the dress out it on the counter and then he asked me to pay again!Very unprofessional service and i am not even a 100% sure it was fully cleaned properly.

Absolutely NO GOSave yourself money and avoid this people.Left my daughter's jacket for them to clean, all they did was putting it on a hanger in a platic bag. Terrible dry cleaner.Normally won't go there but was just for convenience this time. Convinced me not to bother with the again.Just wanted to worn others.

Very poor experience at this dry cleaning! It was my first time and needed to change the zipper of my jacket! They replaced it, yes! But it didn't work, worst zipper ever and they said that they were going to put a different one so I went twice to see them (they never had time to do it). In the end, I had to take it with me because i was tired of waiting and still had to pay 5 pounds!!! Ridiculous!

I turned in a white jacket to be washed on Thursday. When the person there asked me when I needed it by I said I was flexible and in no rush. They quoted me Monday. I went back on Wednesday and not only was the jacket still wet, the person who handed it back to me had a rant at me saying I shouldn't let it get so dirty before handing it back ( it had mild pollution greying). He was also very condescending calling me darling" and completely dismissive when I complained about it still being wet. I said I would come back when it was dry and he wouldn't let me take my ticket back and leave. Luckily I was saved by a phone call and left."

Worst service and customer service EVER. I left my coat and a blazer to be cleaned with express service (from Monday afternoon to Wednesday morning) or to pay normal services and collect them Wednesday between 4-5PM. I came back on Wednesday morning to pick up my stuff, I was told that they were not ready yet but to come later in the afternoon. When I went to collect the coat and the blazer I was trying to explain the situation to one of the guys in there but he was very rude and interrupting me all the time saying that if I expect a discount I won't get it as they had to wash my coat twice because I didn't come on Tuesday evening.

Requested a hole in a seam to be sewn up which was done well enough (£5). Unfortunately there is a strong curry-like smell upon entering the venue which transferred to and lingered on my item of clothing for a couple of hours. Not ideal as I was wearing it that evening. Something to be aware of.

Unless you want your clothes ruined, avoid at all costs!!! Abdul who works there is externally rude, he actually told me off for talking too much when I was trying to explain how I want my dress altered. When I came to collect it and asked if I could try it on to make sure the job was done properly he said no and that he would not make any changes whether he has made a mistake or not. despite him having Parkinson’s it doesn’t validate you being extremely rude to your customers. The shop also stinks. Avoid and what a terrible service in the neighbourhood. Don’t know how the business is running

Worst customer service ever! If I could give this less than I star I would.I took a top to be resized so someone came out to speak to me and he had an attitude to start with, I asked for the price and it was expensive so I kindly told him I decided I won’t be doing this now maybe another time, he gave me more attitude and told me “if money is that important to you maybe you shouldn’t waste my time because my time cost money” I suggested I pay for the precious five minutes he gave me then he started talking back so I took my stuff and told him he cost himself a customer because that was my local dry cleaners, and to no surprise he replies “well I don’t care about customers like you”!!!Terrible terrible service shame on you
