Everyone at Redwood was so friendly, sorted my energy for my new shop. Also helped me get set up with a snazzy new card terminal with lower rates than sum up and izettle. Highly recommended. Shout out to Leo who called me when I was struggling to set up the card machine.

UPDATE: Proved the mis-selling by Redwood & freed from Valda contract- supported by Valda & ombudsman. Funny how after I left a review on my honest experience, 4 new “5 star” reviews appear at the same time. Fiona contacted me after I posted the original review promising an investigation within a couple days- shock! Fiona didn’t come back, so just out of principle I’ll take still take them to the ombudsman with all my evidence.33 year old Freddie thinks he’s done his mum proud setting up some big boy “company” that makes money off scamming 21 year old girls.21 year old girl setting up my own business, was cold called by Chelsea at Redwood- who acted as my current energy provider and used scare tactics by telling me false energy prices. She made me make payment under duress whilst she waited on the phone, otherwise my “power would be cut”. I don’t know how these people have no morals and continue to do this to people, there’s plenty of reviews on trust pilot with people going through the same scam. If you find yourself scammed by these cruel people, contact the ombudsmen- who will back you 100%.
