This organisation is by far one of the most trustable non-profits in the domain. The compassion they have to serve so many people all over the world with dignity and professionalism is truly remarkable.  I've been a donor for a long time, and I'm confident that my money is in good hands, and that it will be used to help the most vulnerable people.  Keep up the good work!

I have bought a small water well via this charity and they sent me the pictures of the well but the plaque print looks fake, as if they printed it and photoshopped it on the water well. I feel very upset and I lost my mother 6 months ago, this is the last thing that I need right now. I feel like this charity is a fraud. I have asked for videos but they previously told me that they dont provide videos which is strange as other charities such as MATW do provide videos... Be careful who you donate to, some ppl don't fear Allah

Mistake to donate to this charity. The lady answering the call was not in a position to answer my concern regarding a donation made and requested for me to write an email as her manager is away on holiday. Seems she's the only person answering the calls and not having authority to provide answers there and the rest of the hierarchy are all out reaping the rewards. Astagfurllah. Lesson learnt Alhumdulillah.

I called this charity in regards to queries I had making donations and Qurbani. The call team was extremely efficient and helpful, they provided me with great support. I was very happy with the service provided and decided to go ahead and donate to them. The response I have received for my donations has been amazing and I will continue to donate with this charity who is actually doing work for the right reasons.

I am just writing on behalf of Redditch Jamia Masjid E Noor with regards to the project for the Rohingya brothers/sisters (Cox's Bazaar). After sharing the feedback, we have been receiving from yourselves over the past few months with the other members of the management/trust. I can echo that they are also very happy with how Al Mustafa has carried out the project, I would like to personally thank sister Zahira for all of the efforts she has made in keeping us up to date and handling all of our queries.It was very heart warming to see the images of the structures fully formed and having the knowledge that it will be providing our brothers and sisters with much needed shelter this winter.insha'Allah we will be looking to make another donation towards this project in the coming weeks.Jazak'Allah KhairAneek

Great service and commitment. AI mustafa welfare trust's one day Eye camp in my village was awesome. Everyone was happy with the service they received. I am fully satisfied and will conduct another camp soon. Insha'Allah.
