Way Ahead London

I went on Saturday and had my first perm with the lovely Rachel. Amazing service, I had my hair cut first to suit the perm then the perm was done. Rachel was amazing, as were all the staff as you can imagine I was there a long time so was able to observe them all! I would highly recommend this salon. I love my hair and will definitely be back!!

A big shout out to Kim and all the staff at Way Ahead. A fantastic family run business with super friendly and experienced stylists, nail technicians and beauticians. I have been going there for over 25 years and trust them implicitly. Would highly recommend.

The stylist cut my hair very well and I cannot fault her. However at the end of the appointment the receptionist was incredibly rude to me. I had paid for a wet cut long hair (£50) on treatwell and was told by the receptionist that I had a complete restyle and needed to pay £8 more. Considering I had my haircut 4 months prior to this the exact same way I wouldn’t say this was a restyle. She was very demeaning and made me feel embarrassed, like I was trying to swindle her. I paid and left because I wanted to get out. I have looked up on treatwell and there is no such thing as a ‘restyle’ on their page so I imagine this £8 accounted for the percentage fees treatwell takes. I found the experience very upsetting and I won’t be returning.

I had a lovely experience at the salon today. I didn't have an appointment and the staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They did my nails for my wedding beautifully with gorgeous free hand flower nail art. There was a lovely atmosphere and would 100% recommend!

Family run salon always with lovely service from all the lovely staff. Good quality for money and everyone working there know what they are doing in a professional and friendly manner. Cannot rate highly enough and been going here for many many years. Well done Kim and all staff 10/10 ++++

I am so happy every time I leave the salon. Jenny transformed my hair from bleached damaged, dead hair to shiny beautiful new hair. Everyone is so friendly and the customer service is amazing! When it comes to hair, I've finally found my go-to place. I highly recommend Way a Ahead the best place in Palace by far! Great for a manicure and pedi too - the girls are perfectionists and go the extra mile to make sure your nails look perfect. x

Jess at Way Ahead is a fantastic nail technician. I have my nails done every 3 weeks with a shellac/gel manicure and she always does a great job. Really professional and a lovely woman. My nails are always looked after and in good condition under Jess's care and the manicure lasts so well. Highly recommend.
