Just want to share my experience for the above agency ,We have been in contact with Ian & Maria for last couple weeks putting an offer for the property they told us we that they will be going through offers with owners and will come back to us , been waiting for them late. Week or so and no one called us back,Called them today and they said property it’s sold what a waist agents to deal with waisted our time ,Would never recommend them .

Maria at Duncan Phillips saved us. She is amazing! We was having so much trouble with another local estate agent trying to sell our property.After several months of constant let downs, no updates, and total lack of communication, I decided to change agents and called Duncan Phillips and Maria answered. I could immediately tell the level of service Maria would provide would be so much better and I was not wrong! I've been through this process 3 times before and I've never had a better agent.Within the first week Maria secured more viewings in a week than the previous agent did in several months (literally). Maria always kept us updated and before we knew it we had a good offer.The buyer had unfortunately chosen there own solicitor which was extremely slow and needed to be constantly chased from all sides. Maria kept on top of it calling sometimes on multiple phones just to make sure she could get an update for us and push things forward.Despite some setbacks that was at no fault of Maria's, she persisted and kept me updated every day even on her day off!
