The person who changed my screen protector did it really quickly. I also bought a phone case. Everything was really reasonably priced. I didn’t have cash, but there’s a cash machine (they don’t charge you for transactions) a few steps away from the shop. Would recommend!

VERY unprofessional service. I strongly advise to avoid Sharif.I wanted to replace a battery in my phone. I called earlier and asked when I should come. I was told to come at 2pm sharp and that my battery would be replaced straight away and it wouldn't take longer than 30-40 mins. When I arrived at the shop the staff member said their repair guy (Sharif) is not there yet but he would be back in 10 mins and I should leave my phone and it would be repaierd in 1.5h hours (instead of 30-40 mins as agreed earlier on the phone). Instead of being the first in the queue I was already put on the 3rd place although noone was in the shop. When I came back the second time after 1.5h hours I was asked to wait another 45 mins because apparently I didn't make an appointment. So I am not sure what kind of appointment Sharif requires if a call and an arranged time is not enough. I heard only apologies and still had to wait. When I came back after 45 mins my phone was still not done and Sharif didn't even start looking into it. I had to wait another 30 min to get it done. Just to be clear it took him about 15 mins to do the job and I had to wait 2.5h hours altogether. It looks like the reason was that my phone job was only for 20 pounds so apparently it was not worth doing it straight away and Sharif pushed me behind any other job he had on that day. This is apparently his standards of sercvice.. So if you like wasting a few hours of your time for a 15 min job then Sharif is your choice. The one star is for replacing the battery without braking the phone. It could always be worse..

I took my sadly smashed I pad to be repaired, it needed a new screen. What was so lovely about this genuine company and team is that they do not try and rip you off. There was a very straightforward diagnosis, there was no it might be this

Hassle free experience, screen was damaged and I had gone to a few places that had written it off. Thankfully the guys at Sharif Tech, took the time to have a proper look and now I cant recommend them enough. Thanks for a painless and simple repair.

Good service. But only take cash. Even when buying phone. Would use them if you don’t need a receipt for your tax.

This shop always has your mobile or another need, being digital or laptop. He has many accessories and is always willing to accommodate your needs. Very friendly service and repairs are undertaken very quickly.

Absolute gem. Much faster and cheaper than iSmash (never mind Apple’s own outrageous pricing). Have done three very nice repairs for me and family in a year saving a very decent chunk of cash.
