This vets is amazing the warm welcome from the reception as soon as you walk in is lovley you feel like an old friend and everybody has a hello for you and your pet.I foster dogs so I can have a different dog every few weeks and every dog is greeted with a fuss and respect and my own dog bella and my partners dog fozzie loves going there for a fuss and a treat .I always feel when seeing the vet(I normally see Lizzy who is just lovley ) but anything I ask Lizzy is explained fully and and I never feel rushed I feel like I'm treated with care and patients and iv recently had my rescue XL bully spayed and she was looked after amazingly and the after care is great too.I would recommend this vets to anyone looking for a great vets.Thankyou for all your on going care Congleton vets love Bella and fozzie

My dog was quite poorly and Congleton vets could see her right away. On arrival I was greeted very warmly and welcoming. The vet I saw was very confident even though my dog is a very big one. She reassured her and gave her a full check over nose to tail. She proposed a care plan and showed real concern to her speedy recovery. I was very impressed by the whole experience and would recommend this vets to anyone.

The nurse that looked after Zeus today was very gentle and caring with him and he was not distressed as he usually is when we go

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. It’s so obvious they genuinely love and care for animals, and they’re great at explaining processes in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I feel so lucky to have found a vet I’m confident will treat my cat and dog like their own.

I had a really bad experience here that still traumatises me. I had my cat put down 2 years ago. She was my baby, and I wanted to comfort her as she left. The male vet here gave Angel 50% of her end of life medication straight into her kidney before bringing her out to me to say goodbye. She was not conscious and distressingly passed away with him sticking a massive needle in her belly alone and scared. It was too late for me to do anything about it. I complained to the head nurse who told me that this was now normal procedure. And backed her staff when I asked for him to be spoken to, in fear this could happen again to somebody else. I then called my best friend and head nurse of another vet out of town, who, luckily for everyone else, confirmed this was not normal procedure. I have never been able to think of my angel without thinking about her and my distress in her passing. I won't get over this, and I wish I had reviewed this earlier. Other staff have been brilliant, but what if this is their procedure now?...
