Absolutely do not purchase from this company. We bought a voucher for my mum's 60th birthday so as you could appreciate it was a special gift. We got booked eventually and an hour before we were due to have the Heli ride it was cancelled due to weather (which wasn't horrific but fair enough maybe not perfect flying weather.) We were assured someone would call back to rearrange.Many unreturned phone calls, voicemails, Facebook message, and extremely rude emails back and forth with the pilot which took days and days between and who only offered 2 alternative dates more than a month away and deep into autumn. (Both which didn't suit due to family wedding events, and the original birthday heli ride was meant for August) we then asked for a refund. Twice.Still no reply.I would not go anywhere near this company for anything.Avoid avoid avoid. Had to give 1 star to allow the post but I'd rather give none.

My daughter and my wife bought met a flight as a birthday present for my 80th birthday. It was postponed again and again with the promise that they would ring me when a flight could be organised. COVID didn't help so I was patient and waited for the call which never came. In June I will have my 83rd. birthday, that's a long time to leave 4 customers disappointed while still retaing the money....Small claims court time?

So happy for all those people that got their flights. Unfortunately for my Dad, three years on he still as not been able to redeem his 80th Birthday present, as Jonny and Helipowers staff continue to ignore our requests to book the flight, cancelling over and over again and then finally just completely ignoring us. A huge amount of money taken from, and a huge disappointment for my Dad to never have experienced that trip.

Every time I go flying with Jonny I really enjoy the experience. He makes me feel very safe and relaxed. I highly recommend!

Really great birthday present for my husband and son. The pilot Johnny was great at putting me at ease, really enjoyed the flight,highly recommended

Unable to communicate with Helipower to organise flight. Many attempts at phone calls leaving voicemails, private messages etc. Have asked for refund if they cannot deliver on voucher purchased. But nothing. No flight. No refund.

Just back from are first helicopter ride with Johnny are pilot real gentleman,what can I say Fantastic experience.....10 out of 10
