Our initial visit to harbour properties was to view a potential house, after our first meeting we knew right away we had come to the right place to receive top class service, so much so, we re marketed our own house with them.Their experience and knowledge of the market is second to none, our house was sold within 2 weeks of being with harbour and we had the smoothest stress free sale with our new house!They’re a no fuss and no mess business. We have recently sold a property through Harbour Properties. I would highly recommend them. They excelled at all aspects from the initial marketing and comprehensive viewing updates through to clear and responsive coordination of the sale. Holly was brilliant and we took great comfort in her professionalism throughout the process. I am very grateful for her help and assistance, which took a lot of stress out of the transaction. For the level of service they were excellent value for money.

One of the worst estate agents we have ever dealt with. Didn't help push the property sale and were working more for the buyer than the seller. Not professional and just forget about us and our house. Glad we paid to get out of the contract with them and sold our house 2 days later. I'd personally avoid!

Harbour have managed my rental properties for almost 10 years and are always responsive and helpful.

Was disappointed that there was no lift at the property mentioned in the advertised details. We travelled from the lakes to view it so a total waste of time for us.

Working with the organisation has really been five star, renting my old home in NW whilst I care for my parents down South has been very good and any issues / problems that occur Harbour Properties go up and beyond to fix issue(s).At each change of tenant they review the property for any repairs needed ( they also do annual checks ) and draw up the necessary Landlord - Tenancy paper work - saving £thousands on solicitor's fees.- Although It is a Must for Sub/Landlords to have Full Landlord Insurance (Contents) and also make sure of Building cover. (Most Apartments belong to housing Association - so should be covered).Again mirroring a previous reviewer The actually supported the whole family to enable this to happen and some of us are remote and don’t even live in Preston!!"....I have only dealt with Harbour on the Rental side of things but may cover a purchase of a property of my own in the future and if this is the situation I should imagine that Harbour would help me fully in this regard and also the situation in regard to my rental property.I can highly recommend these guys and a heartfelt thank you from me David
