This review is overdue! The lady at Amoura helped me out at zero notice on the eve of my wedding in October when I had been let down by another salon. She did an excellent shellac pedicure and manicure that still looked good many weeks after. Lovely, genuine customer care. HIGHLY recommended!

Had a waxing appointment booked for the day before my holiday. I turned up and the shop was shut, no one was answering the phone and no one replied to my email. My appointment had been confirmed and the hours on google showed the shop should have been open all day so i was very confused. I had to run around to find somewhere last minute before my holiday. I waited to see if i would get a response to explain what had happened - I thought maybe there had been an emergency. However, this happened 4th July and I still have heard nothing back. Super inconvenient and unprofessional.

Shockingly bad customer service. I booked in to use a Groupon voucher and turned up 5 minutes late for my appointment as I was stuck in traffic and was told I couldn't use my voucher because I had turned up late. She told me there was a 10 minute grace period and I was within this, however she wouldn't allow me to use the voucher. The lady was very rude and unhelpful and she said they had back to back bookings with obviously no space between appointments for this so called '10 minute grace period'. The salon was disgusting and very dirty and I dreaded going in when I turned up and saw the tatty exterior and the women inside looked really rough. Don't use this salon especially if you have a voucher from Groupon. I can't comment on the nails but if the lady behind the desk was anything to go by then they would be a poor job too.

Went here about a year ago for a shellac and the woman had a choice of about 5 colours and didn’t have a clue what she was doing! The first coat was so bad I made her take it off and left without paying. Would not recommend.

Salon was dirty and service very bad. Waited 40 minutes as the lady was running late only to be told I couldn't be taken afterwards. I got no apology and the conversations being had by the staff were very unprofessional. A shame because I live close by and would have used it a lot.

Been getting my nails done here since the day it opened. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, the service I receive from start to finish is nothing short of exceptional, the girls are friendly, courteous and such a laugh.. Fab place to go if you need a little cheering up or just fancy treating yourself to a pampering. Salon is always spotless and smells incredible (I know the girls love their lillies). Such a great little salon!!! Highly recommended!!!! Deserving of each star!!

Very friendly and nails look great will definitely go back. Great range of colours as well.
