I went to collect my suit at 3pm during normal opening hours to find the shop had closed early because “it was quiet because of the snow”.Had to make another trip the following day. No apology given and basically told it was my fault for waiting until 3pm to collect.I will not be going back again.Unreliable and unhelpful.All it needed was an apology.

this guy is a pain in the proverbial, how he ever gets any business is a mystery to me. I took in my sheets for cleaning as a new customer and i expected that he would be all helpful, etc, but quite the opposite, he didn't want to use bleach, when I asked if he would put in some starch he said I could take my sheets somewhere else, really unhelpful
