Cottage Kitchens

Walked into the shop and the woman told us it was appointment only and there was nothing she could do for us. Not take an appointment, not here is a brochure... zero customer service. I'll go elsewhere for my kitchen. You do nothing for me, I'll do nothing for you. Can't comment on kitchens but customer service is abysmal.

Shambolic experience fitted a kitchen to about 90% of what was agreed and then wouldn't come back to finish the last parts had to get someone else to finish the job properly. I wasn't happy at all with this company.

I can not recommend Cottage Kitchens enough.My daughter and I are absolutely over the moon with the finished result.He could not be beaten in price as I shopped around for quotes.The quality is outstanding. Communication with the company was excellent from start to finish keeping me informed on the progress of my fitted wardrobes.Many thanks again Cottage Kitchens.

I decided to use Cottage Kitchens 3 years ago to design and install my kitchen - would HIGHLY recommend!The service was excellent. They were incredibly accommodating and amended my kitchen design to incorporate any changes i had requested, while providing advice on how the space would be best utilised. I was even able to get the island i had always wanted!Being a first time buyer, i was looking for high quality without breaking the bank, and luckily Cottage Kitchens were able to provide both!My kitchen still looks brand new, and it is definitely the focal point of my house. Couldnt be happier with the end product.

Agreed from November to fit my kitchen mid March I had kept in contact with this joker told him in February I would be gutting my kitchen taking a wall and ceiling down aswell as taking the floor up. Every trades man turned up done the job and left this clown with a clear room to work with. When I told him I was ready for him he told me all the same lies I've read from other comments short staffed guys have covid running behind bla bla blaI gave him another week he then told me it would be May before he gets to me.Needles to say I got 1 of his former employees to do the job for me. This guy is a compulsive liar don't go near this joint. I should of saw all the signs when I saw the effort" put into the show roomRather than mess people around just close your a joke I'm only 1 of many you have done this to"

Even the 1 star is too much but there's no option for zero, if your looking a new kitchen steer clear from this place! Was suppose to do new kitchen a year ago and got all sorts of stories from covid to being short staffed etc, when you call hes conveniently never there and doesn't phone back either, not very professional, would rather he told us he couldn't do it than stringing us along

Absolutely love my kitchen! Cottage Kitchens done an excellent job and will def use them in the future (not that i will be changing it anytime soon). They were very helpful with ensuring the design had all the storage areas i wanted and offered many different options of styles and colours. The quality was AMAZING and would highly recommend.

I do not recommendTerrible experience I have never been treated so poorly in all my life.They are suppliers of the construction company where I bought my house.Bad service, the lady who attended me was rude, she was in a bad mood, bad work and finishingMy kitchen was full of flaws, and they didn't come back to fix it.
