MasterCool Air Conditioning

Had an instalation about 5 years ago and it's still running smoothly. Will be going back soon for another few units.Don't care if they can't drive. They aren't driving instructors.

Disappointed with the service of Mastercool. Was told our 4 x A/C units were unserviceable and needed to replaced at a cost of approx £7000+VAT. On second opinion from another company, not only are the A/C units working(been temporarily fixed) but the new company have given options of what could be done and variation of prices.We were told by Mastercool there was a faulty compressor and PCB board when in fact there wasn’t.Felt pressurised to enter into a service contract because wouldn’t really do a one-off callout, took ages to get an engineer around and in store, it’s as if they don’t want your business.Wanted to use a small local company and support but will NEVER use this company again and have already told friends and family the same. Really disappointed and the only person who was very helpful by email was Kathy Archer.

I hope their servicing is better than their staff's driving. On the A127 yesterday London bound were 2 of their vans less than 2 metres apart and overtaking and undertaking and cutting in front of vehicles (including mine). Absolute idiots!!, if one had to brake suddenly there would have been a major accident as the road was busy. I certainly would not want them to represent my business.

In an empty street with plenty of spaces to park I walk out of my home only to find a MasterCool van sitting across my driveway entrance. What sort of inconsiderate idiot parks across someone's driveway in an empty road!

Poor customer service experience. Went in personally for general advice and assistance but their lack of enthusiasm became quickly evident. I went in expecting good helpful advice with a view to supporting a local business, but sadly disappointed.

Based on my walk to Bromley South Train station - every day this week Mastercool have parked in front of the dropped curb for pedestrians. Not very helpful for those who rely on it being clear...

Had our unit fitted in the bedroom about 2 years ago. The engineer was so helpful at making it look perfect. The system is in the loft so all the large parts are out of sight and the A/C comes from two vents in to the bedroom! Highly recommend
