Others below have complained about the lack of friendliness of the staff here; maybe their complaints are just, but I don't use the store for social purposes - though that's just me. Any small faults the store may have are more than compensated for by the fact that it's the only small, independent source of fresh fruit and veg in the Worcester city centre. I've also never had any problems with the prices; far better value than any local supermarket.

Whilst the food was good the customer service was appalling! Served by a girl who was more interested in gossiping to her co-worker at the till behind. Didn't say anything to me other than to ask for the money! Then before I'd even packed everything away she was out from behind the till to go and talk to someone else in the shop about her personal life. Disrespectful! Pathetic customer service! Really unpleasant experience!

Very expensive, I bought a conference pear from here the other day for a snack, I was charged 64p! Customer service is lacking too, very rarely am I greeted with a hello at the till or in the shop either, I worked in a similar shop before & this one is a poor example, they are making a very large profit & don't care about the customers either

I would shop more here if their prices were the same as Aldi. I only chose to shop here because some veg isn't packaged in plastic. I will probably go to the market in future as I compare prices when I do a food shop
