Grafted from start to finish on an urgent job - 3 days to remove a full roof, replace damaged timbers and then full re-roof – all this during freezing temperatures. Excellent service and quality of workmanship. Huge thanks to Mark, Brian, Matty and Scott (project managed by Matthew), a friendly bunch who were only too happy to answer our questions and explain what they were doing – nothing was too much trouble for them.

The Lord Roofing team have really gone over and above the call of duty in the work they have recently done for us. The pandemic produced all sorts of complications, but they pulled out all the stops when it mattered. The team on site were unfailingly friendly, communicative, considerate and energetic. The results are also first class. We couldn't have asked for more, and will certainly turn to them again for other work in the future.

Due to the series of storms and awful weather that has been of late, we had Ridge tiles and our dry verge system that was ripped from the roof. I contacted Mathew in the first instance from Lords and they were very efficient in sending a surveyor to have a look at the problem. The team are wonderful offering advice and guidance when required. The scaffolding team erected the scaffold a day prior to our repairs and the roofing lads were second to none. Overall the experience has been effortless from start to finish, I would recommend the services offered to all my friends and family. Kye and Callum carried out work to replace fascia and soffits over the front window and did an excellent professional job. Work was also done to repair some pointing underneath the window. They arrived on time, took the time to find out exactly what was required and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Project manager Matthew was also on hand via phone to ensure everything was carried out to our satisfaction. Called late afternoon on a Tuesday to discuss a problem we had with our roof that had been neglected by previous owners, and it was fixed by the Friday! We hired Lord roofing initially for a Resin drive which they built promptly and to a great standard.We then hired them to do a garage conversion which was a much larger job. This required structural work to remove a load bearing wall, installing an insulated floor, a new window, radiator, electrics, plastering and skirting boards. And eventually we required them to repair our balcony through an insurance claim against our initial home builder.Throughout the entire process Matthew was available to answer questions and would frequently provide updates on when work stages were commencing and what the current status of everything is.All of the builders were quick and clearly very knowledgable on their specific trades which is re-assuring when you're spending money on a long job.I would highly recommend them to others and will be using them again in future for other renovations.

All guys are very experienced and skillful. They were punctual and tidy and did high quality job. All materials are authentic premium grade.
