Visited for a family lunch, had to wait a while for the main course,the plates were extremely dirty. Once we received the food , the hot dog was cold and the bread was stiffer than a rock. I called the waitress over to explain the situation and her words were ' what do you want me to do about it, you're almost done' their customer service is the worst I have ever come across, not even an apology was received. I was absolutely appalled by their treatment to their customers and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, it's actually a waste of money and time. Definitely not worth the money at all, save it for a better place.

The food was OK, although it took 15 minutes for the waiter to tell me that what I had ordered was not available. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people. It just seemed to take ages for them to serve us between each course.

Good food questionable drinks. Starters of nachos, fresh guacamole and chorizo and halloumi to share were good, Texas ribs were soft and covered in sticky barbecue sauce, churros were hot and tasty. Little details let it down, cocktails tasted very weak, they replaced a margarita which tasted like lime cordial for one that tasted like like warm lime cordial with a hint of tequila, not enough ice to properly chill the drink. Salad garnishes were warm and floppy. Maybe we hit a bad day. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Nice place to enjoy a meal with friends and family.. like the ambiance food at place.. no long delay for food serving .. nice docorative.. good craft work all around .. nice food portion.. had good time and fun with friends.. would love to visit again ..

If there was a 10 star button this place would get it. Finally some good Mexican taste in the UK. Good spice, good size, good service and great taste. No messing around with the spices and dumbing it down... It's yummy and that's that.

Visited this branch on Wednesday and would definitely recommend. The food was really nice and they adjusted a cocktail as I didn't like one of the ingredients. It was very quiet in there, I think we were the only ones in there at one point. Oliwia did a great job of looking after us :)

The staff were friendly, however the food wasn't great I'm afraid. The burger was overcooked to the point of being inedible. However, the staff were lovely in offering a replacement meal and a free dessert and drink of our choice! Lovely staff, real shame about the food though.

I came here for my birthday treat, the staff were very friendly and approachable. The service was excellent we had a table for 17 people all the food came out together and nobody had a problem with there order. I would definitely come again plenty to choose from if you're a vegetarian too.

Good food great atmosphere service was really good and also made you feel welcome as soon as you walk into restaurant. Also great for birthday celebration. thank to maritas who was looking after us during our meal.Definitely would recommend highly for a night out and a service with a smile for great food.

The service was very slow, ordered two lattes and had to wait until they had servered three other tables with cold drinks before we got ours. Complained to the waiter but he said it was easier to serve the cold drinks first. The food was not much better, the nacho sharer looked like they had been tipped out of a packet of doritos. The burritos were small compared to how much they cost £11.50. Will stick with chiquitos in future.
