The lady in the agent whoever answer the phone is so so so so rude, and no patience, and now I come up on google here , I am reli understand that why this agent's rating is so low! Just 2.5! And I don't even understand Why she need to be rude to customer on the phone here! And I even don't know her name! But never mind! I just want to post my oppion on here, and let people c it!
