Can't understand the low reviews here. I have always had such an outstanding service and experience with the lady who owns this business. My grandparents were tailors, and hence I grew up around this profession. This business is run with that old skool skill and approach. I have had clothes altered in 3 places on this stretch of road. And the other 2 fell well short of my expectations. This is an expert outfit which turns out quality work.

I always take my clothes to be altered here when I’m in London. They provide a professional and friendly service. I’ve been extremely happy with their work from basic clothes to some pretty expensive dresses and trousers. Definitely recommend!

I’m so happy that I finally found the fantastic tailors Sonata and Tamara! They are very professional, friendly and know their work so well! I come to fix my clothes all the way from East London to Finchley Central because I know that nobody else will do better!! They fixed some items that other tailors were not able to fix it as it was ‘impossible’. Great quality, reasonable prices and quick service.

I was charged £75 pounds for 3 pairs of trousers to be taken up in length. 1 pair they couldn’t even get the length on both legs altered, correctly - visibly very uneven (and the blame was then put on the trousers being an “uneven length” when I took them in).I don’t believe this company is very professional and incredibly overpriced

Very rude and arrogant blond lady, will never come back.Terrible customer service, dropped by to ask if she could help me with an alteration, instantly said it’s impossible without letting me explain property what needed to be done or seeing the dress.

A family member recommended this place and I feel very lucky because I now go there all the time for any alterations. They are excellent and their prices are also reasonable. Above my expectations. Recently I asked them to do some alterations to my Diesel jenes because the material was worn out between my legs and the fabric was thin because the jeans material is thin and I was very impressed with the service. They are also local and very nice people.
