I was in Manchester for a few nights and decided to head to the cinema. A great little indie cinema. I went to one of their monthly nights of short film. There were some absolute gems. Exactly what I was looking for! I hope to return the next time I am in Manchester.

Newly ensconced above Grub @ Redbank in October 2020, CPH presents one off screenings of cult, classic, weird, unique and/or damn cool films on a 3.5 metre 4k screen in 5.1 surround. Their opener - Mandy - is all off these things and perfectly showcased the tech.Tier 3 has put a slight dampener on one USP - it has 20 plus craft beers on tap. But if you've booked a meal beforehand, you can have dessert upstairs and finish your drinks as long your substantial meals continues. Covid safe throughout, and as super friendly as you'd expect from the Grub family.

has a lot of cool indie films and friendly staff, but don't come here to watch a film if you need subtitles!the screen is too low so if you're sat near the back and aren't super tall you'll struggle to read them

Fantastic little cinema located above Grub, staff are really friendly, great choice of drinks and picture/sound quality is top notch and exceeding expectations.Love that all screenings are subtitled too, that is massively appreciated.

Chapeltown is a fantastic venue in the brilliant GRUB complex on the edge of the city centre. It has a unique, independent schedule of film and TV series showings (I went to see Garth Marenghi from beginning to end). There's a welcoming old-school cinema atmosphere and the seats are very comfortable. You can bring in drinks from GRUB during screenings, so you have a great selection of hot drinks and beers. Fantastic venue, will keep coming. Thanks guys!

This is the 2nd time I have been here, but this time was for the MAGL event that happens once a month. This was our first time attending this gaming event and me and 3 friends had an amazing time. The host was great, the game selection was varied. It felt like a real competition with a casual and chilled vibe. Our team, LameBoy Advance, finished 2nd which isn't bad for our first time. We have already booked in for next months event and hopefully we come first. 10/10 would fully recommend signing up if you have 3 friends and have a passion for gaming.

Great little cinema, the 4K upgrade was great and done really well. Only thing is it was a little cold so wear something warm, or a couple of layers. Drinks selection was really good too, and not overpriced (lovely spiced rum)

Such a cozy little cinema! Had the best evening and my partner was very happy about the choice of vegan beer. I was also happy you can get cocktails
