DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint

I was expecting a parcel from Germany via dhl. After a lengthy search i established that the parcel was in uk waiting for an estimate of customs duty. I also discovered that the parcel had been passed to parcel force and was at their cleveland depot. I had wasted hours of my time by then but i then found a tel no on the parcel force website which promised contact with that rarest of creatures a human being - but no i was given three electronic options, none of which applied. i realise that this is not all dhl’s fault but the net result was enormous time wasting and frustration.8
