My wife and I called in to the store to get some ideas for tiling our bathroom. Lulu served us and did an excellent job helping us hone down what style, colour and type of tile would suit us. We ended up purchasing the wall and floor tiles there and then. Excellent service, great knowledge of the products and very helpful too in answering those technical questions about how to carry out the installation. Very professional and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy tiles for your project.

I went in today looking for fireplace tiles. I was asked if I needed any help by David, I explained that I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for, and he took a lot of time talking me through what types of tiles I needed, showed me suitable ones in the shop, and gave me a lot of advice on other aspects I'd need to think about e.g. hearths, types of adhesive. His service was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the types of products I'd need. I will definitely be going back there for my current project and any others I have in the future. I needed suggestions and help on my choice of bathroom tiles. Lulu was an incredible help, she advised, worked out the cost and amount of tiles I would need, delivery dates with SGS, and I got them at sale price because of her. A real gem for the company. I'm not surprised to see most of the other reviews are about how good Lulu is at her job, never come across such a genuinely helpful employee anywhere, she was brilliant in every aspect.Unfortunately the delivery was a real faff, and I was back and forth from work to accommodate Topps tiles rather unorganized delivery after only half the order was delivered. They did send the other half later in the day but it was very last minute and I had to rush home from work to ensure I was in.I was promised a discount by one employee due to the inconvenience of 3 people taking the afternoon of work to get on with the install, only for us to then return to work, and be told the rest of the delivery would arrive within an hour... mad rush!!!Rather blunt manager that they then wouldn't be able to do anything due to inconvenience caused, was being told one thing by one person and something else by another..Lulu is the reason for still leaving 5 stars, and they did rectify the delivery but communication wasn't good from the delivery team.

Popped in today to choose some floor tiles. The gentleman we spoke to was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information without being pushy. Well Done !!

I think it was Joe who helped us today in store, we needed wall trim and grout and he helped us choose which ones we needed. Top friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you :)

Couldn't have been more helpful. Accurately went and checked stock info, took payment online and let my lady friend collect on my behalf. They even loaded the tiles into her car! Great - thank you :)

Excellent visit yesterday, ably supported by David who was able to answer all of our questions and explain where the pattern on the flooring tiles we've ordered would be cut. Can't fault the service at all.
