I've been going to Emma for over a year. The studio is always immaculate. Emma will talk me through what she would recommend for me, tailoring the treatment for my needs. She uses various techniques, including blading and suction cups, to get the best results. She's always friendly and takes a genuine interest in how I'm getting on. I would highly recommend.

Having suffered with neck pain and reoccurring headaches for a long time, I decided to have a course of treatments with Emma at Rebalance Studio. She has been using a combination of deep tissue massage techniques and has provided me with a daily exercise plan. I’m pleased to say that my neck pain has now improved significantly and my headaches have gone.I would highly recommend Emma, she is extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge.

Can't recommend Emma enough, she offers an extremely friendly and professional service at an affordable rate. The therapy is tailored specifically to my needs and no two sessions are the same. Emma is also fully qualified and equipped for pregnancy work and I can't recommend this enough for expectant mothers to help with those aches and pains.

Emma is a brilliant masseuse! I have really enjoyed my regular pregnancy massages with her. It is great being able to lay on my front while pregnant with the special pregnancy support kit. Also I love how Emma tailors each massage to focus on the area that needs attention and she has different tools she uses for specific massage techniques that make a real difference. I enjoy the firmer pressure as I feel it makes a difference, and Emma took this on board and tailored my massage accordingly but also Checked in with me that pressure was ok. She is highly knowledgeable, organised and professional yet warm and friendly. The environment is very welcoming and a lovely little oasis. I couldn’t recommend Emma more!!

Highly, highly recommend Rebalance Studio! I sought a sports massage therapist last year while awaiting an NHS referral for severe pain and muscle tightness on a daily basis. I searched online for a massage therapist in the local area for a while before deciding to opt for Emma at Rebalance Studio. The website looked professional and included a page about Emma's education and career which was appreciated - as I said to her if you're going to take your clothes off in someone's house then it helps to get to know them a bit first"!Emma has taken a genuine interest in my health and wellbeing over the months and the fact that she actively participates in professional development is evident from week to week. She will always begin a session by asking me what pain I have experienced since we last saw each other (checking that I haven't experienced any symptoms that require more immediate medical attention) and send me home at the end with some exercises or stretches should I need them.The studio is a lovely and calm environment and Emma is very skilled and passionate in her field - I trust her completely to know what's best for my condition. I genuinely look forward our sessions

Emma makes every visit personal and always accommodates any of my requirements. After becoming a regular I have found Emma’s sessions to be extremely beneficial and I’d recommend anyone with any issues or injuries like myself to give her a visit!

I visited Emma with lower back and neck pain. She is friendly and professional. She explains things clearly and also provides exercises to complement the therapy. After 6 sessions my pain is much reduced. I would thoroughly recommend her.
