Gary has done the entire radiator work around our house including changing the place of radiators (both vertical hanging and traditional column on feet) and insulation of the pipes. We just couldn’t be happier that our paths have crossed. His work is absolutely immaculate. He is hardworking, reliable and his attention to detail is second to none. His communication throughout the job was spot on and I always felt he considered everything before we could even think about it and came up with the most logical solutions. Gary has done really great job to replace our boiler,hot water tank, heating pump and adde new radiator thermostats. Highly recommended because of his professionalism and skills. He is very friendly and trustworthy person, you can't find a better plumber/heating engineer.

Gary has done a number of small and more complex plumbing and heating jobs for us, most recently installing a water softener and fixing a heating issue - which has taken a fair amount of diagnosis, demonstrating that Gary wants to do the job right and not just do provide any old fix.Gary explains things really clearly, is friendly, punctual, tidy and always does a professional job. We found GRB Plumbing and Heating several years ago and Gary has been servicing our heating system ever since. Our 17 year old boiler finally died so Gary replaced it this week. He also moved a radiator at the same time. He always works methodically and tidily, explaining everything along the way. His quotes are reasonable, he gives realistic expectations of how long a job will take, he arrives on time each day and is a very polite and professional person to have working in the house. We have no hesitation recommending GRB Plumbing and Heating.

Gary replaced our central heating system and relocated the boiler to the loft.The job was completed on time, as quoted and the quality of the work cannot be faulted. Gary arrived punctually each morning and put in a full day's graft before tidying away each night.I would have no hesitation recommending GRB and will certainly be using him again in the future.

I have been using GRB for a few years to look after my old boiler and recently (2023) had a new boiler installed. I would not even think of using anyone else for plumbing work. Extremely pleased with Gary's work, from initial quote, to installation, communication has been excellent, he has been reliable, on time and very knowledgable. Will not be going else where for pluming needs.Gary completed a Y-plan heating system replacement, with new boiler, pipework and radiator flush.
