Had an appointment for 0930 didn't get seen till 09:50. Information given was satisfactory but couldn't get early upgrade as wanted to go on a cheaper plan.The overall appointment system doesn't work if you have an early slot. A customer booked a slot whilst I was present but someone who came into the store after him got served first.Not sufficient staff for early Saturday morning.

Spent an hour with Daniel, he sorted my contract and set up a new one, excellent service a credit to the company

I popped into the Newton Abbot store on Tuesday and spoke to Ali who was really helpful, my phone was due for an upgrade and he sorted out a new contract and explained how to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. I had a slight problem with a couple of things and returned to the store on Thursday, l saw Xena who sorted everything out really quickly, what a great team.

Excellent customer service. Tony was very professional,patient and helpful.Thoroughly recommend.

I had made an appointment to discuss upgrading my phone and had a really good experience with one of the sales team members who was temporarily there from Plymouth. Nothing was too much trouble fo this young man who went out of his way to listen to my needs, to discuss the options and for us to reach a satisfactory conclusion. My chosen phone is on order and I will take delivery next week.

Rude staff. Just wanted to pop in and look at phones prior to an upgrade. Hadn’t got two steps through the door when got shouted at “ HAVE YOU GOT AN APPOINTMENT” . Made me feel like a naughty child.Went home and did it via a very helpful lady in the call centre.

Walking into the EE shop it looks clean and tidy, the staff where happy to help with any questions. My wife had a new upgrade for her phone .The member of the EE staff DAN was very helpful respectful well mannered . Dan is a credit to EE well Done .

um not much of a review as only popped in to check out / find out when the contract was up.very polite and very helpful .

Went for a preplanned appointment to discuss broadband switch from BT. Very unsatisfactory due to the assistants unable to complete a switch due to problems with their IT systems. I was astounded that a leading IT company could foul up so dramatically. I left the store after 90 minutes, yes 90 minutes totally dissatisfied. Not to be recommended.
