Freddy Install my driveway. He did an amazing job. He was professional and courteous. I appreciated Freddy's positive attitude and consideration when dealing with an unexpected driveway issue. I would definitely recommend them.

I do not recommend Freddy at all.I hired Freddy to re-lay a section of my driveway, put new slabs in my patio, and jetwash the driveway and patio.I will start with my driveway. Freddy said he would do it properly, ensure there was sufficient hardcore, level the sand, and then re-lay the bricks. At first, everything looked fine. He said to give it 48 hours to allow the bricks to settle into the sand. But after 48 hours, some of the bricks still felt loose, so I contacted Freddy to ask him to sort out the issue. He said he would come, but never did. He's now ignoring my calls - not the customer service experience he promises on his website. So I now have to sort the issues myself.I had a look on my CCTV to see how he laid the bricks, I was shocked to see he didn't even use fresh sand and after he laid the bricks, he didn't embed them into the sand with a wacker or malette. Some of the gaps between the bricks are more than 5mm, so they will never feel firmly embedded.Similar story in my patio. The slabs are not 100% levelled. In particular, I have one slab that is completely off. When it rains, a large pool of water gathers in the corner. This will cause me issues later.Regarding jet washing, he didn't know how much pressure to use and used too much force on my sleepers, causing several cracks. Also, he said he would apply sealant on the patio, and again, when looking back on CCTV, this was never done. The slabs are now getting covered in black mould.Freddy and his team are not clean and did not look after my garden. They washed cement off in my grass, so a section of my grass has cement there now. My red bricks are also covered in cement. They threw their cigarette butts by my shed.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I really regret using Freddy. It's worth adding that he has been removed from CheckaTrade for reasons I do not know. I do question the authenticity of the other reviews as they were all written in a very close timeframe and very soon after this company was created on Google Maps.

Freddy and his team are fantastic transforming my old poorly tarmac driveway and garden into a new drive. It looks amazing, great stuff would recommend Freddy and he’s team to anyone and will be using Complete Driveways again in future.
