In the interest of balance and because of my experience of Bellway here's a one star review to compensate for the blatantly obvious fake reviews which is their tactic. Who leaves a comment '5 star builder'... try harder.

Having submitted an enquiry at about 6pm Thursday evening, Julie called me back within minutes. I explained what we were looking for and that we had an appointment around the corner at 11am on the Saturday. Julie was very accommodating and explained that although she was fully booked, if we were to arrive and wait in the car park after our other appointment, she would be able to assist.Our other" appointment at Bellway springwood did not go according to plan
