I have used this company twice now. Telephone calls and emails are answered quickly. The call handlers are always very friendly and helpful. Changes are made quickly and confirmation always sent. Very professional company with excellent customer service.

My satellite equipment is insured through insurethat when it went wrong it was repaired within 48 hours no questions asked and you cannot ask more than that. Fantastic service . Thank you.

Great service for GAP Insurance gives you that sense of security knowing if anything happens to your car and it’s a write off they will sort out your finance on the car

Tried contacting by telephone to let them know I have changed my vehicle, line just cuts off and no email address so currently driving round with no GAP cover. Not very good. Is it. Looking elsewhere

Amazing customer services, easy claims team and simply the best to reach never more than 2 mins to connect.Only improvement would be online client portal that is capable of lodging claims!
