Nabru Self Assembly Sofas

I bought a nabru because I have an extremely narrow staircase on my loft conversion and we needed a sofa upstairs . It was delivered quickly , easy to put together , comfy and a really lovely bold choice of colours and textures .Nabru Even replaced a piece id broken free of charge next day really great customer service . 100% recommend and next time I need a sofa I’llBe coming here first well done guys reallt impressed !!!!

Fantastic service and sofa bed! I ordered the Alda corner sofa bed in Jubilee fabric, midnight blue. The fabric is a lovely dark blue and the quality of the sofa bed is very good indeed. I opted to have it built by the delivery person, who did this easily in one hour. Thank you so much this sofa looks great in my basement!

Richard and Liam fitted our u shape sofa in today. Amazing and friendly customer service by these two and fitted the sofa really well and explained how everything works including the sofa bed. Five star delivery and fitting service. A bit annoyed that the storage trays aren't what they seem to be online and some misinformation about the duo vs custom sofa bed, but thats to do with the person at showroom giving wrong information, hence 3 stars.

Was abit difficult to find the showroom. But the lady inside was lovely and explained everything well!

Well what shambles of a company if I could do no stars for customer service I would have done it. customer service non existent sofa ordered in plenty of time ordered for specific day. Drove 400 miles to Cornwall to insure was there for delivery . Sofa was for a holiday let 12th didn't arrive no one bothered to inform me. Called CS for help. Said cannot get in contact with delivery company. 13th still no sofa. Spent hours on phone trying to get information. All I got was couriers are busy. I eventually got through to the courier who said cannot confirm when I will get delivery. Customer services could not give a toss at Nabru.said out of there control. I Offered to pay for a special man with a van . Refused. This sofa was needed for guests arriving on Saturday so I had to drive 80 miles to Plymouth depot. 80 miles back. 5 hour journey to insure I got sofa in time. Built up in 3 hours in a rush late Friday night. instructions bit vagueSo in a nutshell 5 hours driving. Hours on phone which should gave been sorted by Nabru. Which wasnt . Contacted them for compensation . Offered 10%discount. Didn't cover my 5 hours driving time and petrol.hours on the phone chasineg asked them as a gesture of goodwill for them to send a sofa fitter to re construct the sofa as if was a bit if a mess again refused.This company is a complete waste of time and should be avoided if you want any help. The sofa was just what we needed but the stress .hassle was not woth it let's all blame covid. It was not covid causing this it was incompetenceTold them to keep the 10%offer

This is our second boat and second sofa corner this time and it fitted parfect too my measurements very hard wearing and comfortable these are perfect too fit in where you like happy days the hardest part was cushion's but once you get the nack it's easy peasy cheers
