The delivery office does have short operating hours, and I must stress, if travelling by car, DO NOT PARK HERE AND DO NOT PARK ON THE SAME STREET AS THE DELIVERY OFFICE, as it is private land operated by dodgy private parking cowboys, PPS parking. Don’t do it! They wouldn’t accept my appeal and eventually I paid a solicitor to fight it for me and won, but I know most won’t! So be careful!

Horrible service no one ring on the first day delivery16.12.22, after that I need to arrange redelivery on19.12.22 unfortunately I had email they try to deliver on the next day that wasn't try at all I was all day at home Finally on20.12 22. I went to there office parcel was there waiting for collection. Big liar

Average delivery time as at least 3 times longer than they boast, they never bother to re-deliver next day even though they say they will, barely open so good luck collecting

Very friendly staff. Don’t be surprised to see an empty reception, they are generally inside and come out as soon as they spot you. Wait time is very less. Recommended to take a screen shot your label for tracking

Do not PARK your car outside of the post office and avoid £65 parking fine. Do not even think of leaving your car there for a second to drop off/pick up something from the post office. It's a hotspot for parking fines.The outside area is all private parking land and there's a parking warden ALWAYS hiding in his car and waiting for people to leave their car outside of the post office, only to click pictures and you will receive a private PCN in less than 2 weeks at your address.
