Very kind and loyal barbers great at cuting hair and going in for chat

Partner got a hair cut before an important event. First time using the barbers and had to go elsewhere to have it fixed. Totally squint and uneven cut. Couldn’t actually believe it. Also left covered in hair as they didn’t put the cape on correctly. Hair in ears and eyes as it hadn’t been brushed off the face and neck. Also cut beard but left moustache? Very unprofessional.
