I recently used Mark to help me transfer Watsapp messages from a google Pixel phone to my new iPhone 15. I had spoken to shops in the local area and no one could help me to transfer my messages as they were backed up on google drive. I’m so relieved that I found Mark on google search! He was able to transfer Watsapp across so I wouldn’t lose my messages and he was very prompt to help. I’d definitely use Mark for any technical issues again! I also used his services to protect my phone, I haven’t dropped my phone so I’m unable to see the results in its protection however as a screen protector it’s better than any I’ve purchased on Amazon as you can’t see that it’s on, it was a reasonable cost and i had used the protector on both my pixel and apple phone. Mark was great helping me when the charger on broke off inside my child's ipad and stopped it charging. He was really efficient, unlike me picking it up, but he kept hold of it and it works perfectly. Many thanks.

I would highly recommend Mark. He was so helpful and supportive when my external hard drive got damaged. He calmly talked me through the whole process and helped to manage my expectations along the way re: the likelihood of my data being retrieved, providing regular updates. I am so glad I went with Omnitech, as whilst the lab was not ultimately able to retrieve my data (due to the extent of the damage on my hard drive), I know they did all they could and went the extra mile to trial several donors and keep attempting, where other companies would not have spent the time or effort. It was very upsetting to lose such precious data but I am grateful for Mark’s kind and empathetic approach- not the experience I had from speaking to other companies! I also received my refund as per their promise of no data no fee. I would not hesitate to use Omnitech for any IT issues in future and have already recommended them to neighbours and friends.

Mark did a wonderful job on my 2015 macbook pro (new battery, plus cleaning out the fan, vents etc) and quick turnaround time too. It's like I've got a brand new machine and it's working like an absolute dream now, I'd definitely recommend and will be returning with any IT/phone needs I have.
