I have three bikes . One was purchased ant OTEC and all three are maintained and or adapted here. From local sportive to European tour or world wide adventure I ride my bikes confident they will not let me down. And if I do have a mechanical, OTEC have supplied the correct kit to fix it and there is advice at the end of the telephone if required.Multiple benefits of shopping local.

Great shop and great service. Bikes are very high quality, and they are all fantastically-maintained. Service is very friendly, and the guys in the shop were able to provide me with numerous tips for how to best navigate the area with a family. Prices are very fair, especially considering the high quality of the bikes. Riding in the area is very good for England, and it's quickly accessible from the location of the shop. I would strongly recommend Otec!

OTEC have helped me fix my Giant Stance a few times which as a beginner/intermediate MTBer, I'm still learning how to maintain. Even though I'm a beginner with a basic bike I feel respected and educated.Each time they have over delivered by diagnosing the problem straight away, recommending the best replacement part (better quality than factory, but not the expensive ones that I won't benefit from unless I'm a professional racer), and got the bike back to me in good time. I have total confidence that they can sort any problem I have with a top quality result.

Great service from OTEC bikes! I was worried they might chuckle at my very bog standard but trusty Carerra bike but I couldn't have been more wrong, they have a genuine passion for cycling. I work for Team GB and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any athletes in the area to head to OTEC bikes for help. Oh, and the location of the shop is pretty special too!

Lee at Otec just fixed my Giant Defy. I know he went above and beyond to get it working for me as quickly as possible. He followed up to make sure I was happy (I was delighted).He's also put a couple of upgrades on my spare bike (an 8 year old Tifosi) which now runs superbly well.Brilliant professional, and friendly bike shop.
