AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!I purchased a JCW Mini Cooper from these guys from their approved used range back in July for Cash.When I bought the car there were 3 conditions in writing they said they’d do to the car and deliver by a certain date.1. Replace the missing tyre kit (important on a mini with no spare wheel)2. Deal with the “service due” message that was showing on the car.3. Touch up the stone chips with colour match paint on the car.- They did none of these things.With the car being delivered to me in Manchester from Brighton I couldn’t exactly drive it straight back, so I phoned and they agreed to send me a tyre kit and the mini touch up paint stick for the stone chips, which they did. (Although the tyre kit isn’t the correct one for the car)The service thing could be switched off by myself in the menus.Annoying, but the car was sorted now so I moved on.Then a couple of months went by and I realised I hadn’t had a log book through the post as promised.I checked the DVLA website and it was still registered to its previous owner!I phoned the dealer immediately and they assured me log books go off religiously and mine will be in the post any day.Lo and behold the registered keeper then got updated on the DVLA Website.I had the car from July till October when the car wasn’t even registered to me!!As it stands it’s now November 19 and I still don’t have a log book, for a car I bought in July!I’m now being told I may have to contact the DVLA myself and apply for a new log book.I get that to these guys it’s an off brand car and probably “only a mini”, but it’s not the point. At every single turn these guys have not done what they said they were going to do.Shambles.EDIT - I gave my details to customer service as they commented below this review.- They have not contacted me.Seems like they’re only interested in appearing to help on social media.

Ros’s detailed video and honest commentary pretty much sold me the car there and then but I wanted to see it in person before committing.
