Revs Car Sales

So far so good. The guys were very helpful when I was buying the car – no pressure and all questions answered without sales jargon.I had an issue with the steering pump after buying the car, but they took it back, fixed it free of charge and all without any hassle.I found Revs good to deal with and very friendly. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t need to see them again until it’s time to buy another car.

Great service from start to finish! Staff happy to chat and arrange test drives, good selection of used cars too. We purchased a car that needed a bit of paint work sorted, upon calling Revs they were willing and happy to arrange for the work to get done at a convenient time, they kept in touch and the finished job was flawless!!! We’d highly recommend Revs for both car variety and customer service!

Son bought a car a few weeks ago. Engine management light came on as he was driving it home from the garage. Phone calls constantly go to voicemail and messages have not been returned

I bought a 10 year old car from Revs and two weeks later I got a puncture. I took the tyre to be repaired. During the repair the guy noticed a fault with the suspension, (near side strut mounting loose) which he stated could have happened after I had bought the car. I contacted Ian at Revs who arranged to have the repair done. Not only that, he instructed the mechanic to replace both strut mountings, as the near side may go soon. How's that for after sales service, i don't think you'd get that from any other garages I've ever deal with. Well done Revs, delighted, an easy 5/5. Cheers Ian.

This review is way over due, I purchased a vauxhall zafira from revs in February last year with full service history and full MOT on which they even fixed an advisory before I collected the car I hadn't even asked for that to be done so excellent customer service right there, the whole transaction was a joy from the initial phone call right up to driving away the car was in immaculate condition and all the staff that I dealt with were very polite and friendly, I have just mot'd the car again today as I always put them in a little early and I am happy to say it was a simple £15 fix. Best car we have ever had. Thanks again guys I have recommended you to all my family and friends and will be back when we need our next set of wheels.

Both my mum & I bought cars from Ian, cracking little runarounds at great prices. I had a minor issue with the central locking which was fixed straight away without any quibbles. Revs will be my 1st port of call when I need a replacement vehicle.

I arranged by phone car viewing/buying day before.After travelling fair distance to the dealer sale assistant not let me to test driving it.He wasn't bothered to move another couple cars to get to that one.Waste of time and fuel. Shame as I like the car, but will never buy without driving it first.Edit:You answer it's a lot of lies.For your information I had the cash with me. I told you that px it's optional.You asked me to declare if I'm buying it before test drive, otherwise you wouldn't move other cars.So this review it's fully deserved.

Absolutely waste of time. Owner shouldn’t sell cars because is rude for potential buyers. He was very angry for us after test drive because we didn’t buy a car. The car had damaged back bumper and we tried to negotiate a price. He said in a raised voice price isn’t negotiable and hi lost time because now hi has to clean all car inside.Looked very, very angry.Absolutely unacceptable behaviour!

Bought an Astra from Rev's in March of this year and apart from being impressed with the car over the past few months the overall purchase experience was excellent. There wasn't any pressure to buy, car was exactly as described, getting a test drive was no problem and the preparation of the car was of a very high standard. I would definitely buy from Rev's again.
