Had my first Hollywood wax at the beauty refinery and had a perfect experience! The staff were lovely, relaxing environment and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole session. I will definitely be returning for my future treatments

I have been coming here for the last 2 years for lash lifts and brow threading and they always do an excellent job as well as being super accomodating offering pillows and blankets whilst having the 1hr lash lift treatment. For the prices they are really good and I will continue recommending them to friends and family.

The wax technician was amazing. Very smooth process. This was my first visiting the salon and even getting a wax. Khushi reassured me and left me with smooth arms and legs!Would definitely recommend her and I shall be visiting again!!Thank you

Had wedding mehendi here. We're from out of town, wanted to get this - took a chance, just walked in off the street and asked, and they fitted us in, very quickly, good price too. Wonderful place, fabulous service - staff are GREAT, quick, good at the work, courteous and patient. Strongly recommend.

Amazing team, very welcoming and friendly. Great service, very efficient and calmed any nerves i had as a first time wax experience. So accommodating to dates/times, would 100% recommend to friends & family!
