Needed a repair in the loft after a burst pipe. Had to chase Jim up several times and was told each time he'll get back to me.I know contractors are busy but lack of Comms is a big disappointment.Not good enough.I've used him before and it was ok then, so I really don't understand this complete failure.If you don't want the job just say so and save us all some time.
