Really friendly lady on the till, was really patient when we took so long to choose from the many yummy options!!!The raspberry tart was delicious and the mushroom and truffle toasty was lovely.

An interesting eatery in the centre of Windsor which offers eating in and out options. We went for the brunch option followed by a slice of cake. Our server was very helpful, outgoing and gave us his recommendations. The food was very good. The one negative that stood out for me was the cleanliness of the cutlery. Both are sets were dirty and had to be replaced.

Ole and Steen is a chain which always does delicious food. Their trademark is the Cinnamon Social pastry which is soft and creamy to perfection. There is also the Vegan Social which is the vegan equivalent. They also have a range of sandwiches/toasties and more - there’s a delicious option for everyone.However, it is on the more expensive side. The tables aren’t well maintained so it’s often a bit dirty, with plates and mugs left on the table. I didn’t go at a busy time and had to wait 15 minutes for my coffee which wasn’t ideal. Overall the service is friendly.

Fresh sandwiches and the best cup of coffee in England. Oh the dessert was absolutely delicious.Will definitely be back. Worth every penny.....well done all!!

I am am surprised like other reviewers at all the bad reviews, because this a newly opened bakery and you can expect a lack of a equipment and disorganisation should be a given. I was also quite shocked because I came just today and our experience was completely different.There was a full selection of cakes and pudding and the staff were extremely welcoming and polite. Unlike other experiences the tables were completely clear of dishes and the order and collect stand was completely empty of plates and mugs. There was a vast array of seating options and natural light which was a big improvement from the Costa just down the street. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were quick to take our plates before we had even left the café which was why I was quite confused that apparently every single table had plates or food on them.

Well the hot chocolate looked nice but it was bitter. And for that price I certainly expected better. The service is a little slow too. Had the vegan chocolate slice thingy (not sure what it was called!) and it was decent, moist and a good amount of chocolate/ custard. Bit pricey for what it is though and I couldn't finish it all. You defo need someone to share it with.
