My experience with Audi Wolverhampton was excellent, my sales advisor Gemma was very knowledgeable of all of the products and found me the car that I wanted and inform me at every stage of the build how things were going

Gemma was very helpful and obliging. The car was very competitively priced. I received video support, test drive and they serve the best coffee ever!What's not to like!

Had a great experience buying my first new car at Audi. Pele was excellent from showing us around the dealership, testing driving and answering any questions I had. The whole process was easy and unveiling the car on pick up day was a lovely touch. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Buying from a reputable dealer I believed I was in good hands. Unfortunately not, I have placed formal complaints and requested documentation since August which has been ignored. Wolverhampton Audi is an absolute shame of a place. Absolutely no customer service and no aftercare. I have been contacted via Audi but as this is a franchise they have no power, they have even ignored Audi themselves. Franchise Jarden Motors avoid at all costs. They are quick enough to take the money but NEVER return calls or emails.Complaint is now with the motoring ombudsman.

From the moment we arrived at Audi Wolverhampton we were impressed with the attention we received. We didn't intend to buy a vehicle on the day we visited. In fact, as confirmed Mercedes drivers, we intended to visit the Mercedes dealer following our visit to Audi. We were so impressed that we purchased an Audi A5 Coupe. They even took our Mercedes in part exchange which saved us trying to sell it ourselves!From start to finish we were treated with the utmost respect and we were kept informed of the progress of the purchase every step of the way. We cannot express our gratitude to the whole team, from the delivery driver to the management. Thankyou everyone

Amazing experience when part exchanging and picking up my new car! Corrinne was the most helpful advisor, and talked me through everything to make sure I understood everything and that I was getting the best deal. She has such a calm and reassuring personality, and I felt at ease with everything! Thank you so much, and thank you to both Corrinne and Alex too for putting a decent amount of fuel in for me :)

This is my local dealer I feel they do not offer the highest professional dealer services, it’s more average. Don’t expect to be made felt exceptional that you are buying & using a main dealer even if you have spent a lot of money. Shame.
