The worst car dealers I’ve ever had dealings with salesman untrustworthy and after sales service department very rude and unhelpful.They never respond to e mails and also promised a call back by sales manager of which I’m still waiting.My advise is to avoid this dealership unless you want a disappointing experience

Came to Marshall JLR after a rather bad experience at my local Strastone. James Peutrell sorted me out straight away and I was breeze purchasing the car in the end. Before I collected my car Charlie West took over my purchase and he was always approachable and always willing to clarify and sort anything that I needed help with. I love the car and the service I thought was really good. Plus this has to be the only dealership that actually returns a call or email quickly. Will be coming back for my next car

Just bought a used F-Pace from here and they could not have been more helpful. Dealt with Lizzie who talked us through everything, answered all our queries and generally made the whole experience a breeze. She even found my daughters headphone case we lost on the test drive!

We were invited by their telesales team to have a chat about buying a newer Range Rover. An appointment was made with Charlie. On arrival he made us a nice cuppa, but it went down hill from there. He had no idea what car we currently own, giving the reg of our last car that we traded in 2 years ago.We then asked for a trade in price of our current Range Rover. No brand loyalty whatsoever. This would have been our third Range Rover, yet they only offered a very low offer against a £70,000 car. The conversation very quickly stopped from Charlie's side and we were thanked for coming in.A total contrast to how how we were treated 2 years ago, when they bent over backwards to help us make a deal. We will continue to us Marshall Lincoln for our service requirements, but will look elsewhere for a replacement car in the future. Shame.
